Dwelln replaces a real estate media company's scattered workflow of emails, Dropbox links, and payment requests with one platform, from booking the shoot to getting paid. Agents book online, photographers shoot and upload, and clients pay to unlock their downloads. This site and everything on it is public; you only need an account to run your own company on Dwelln.
How Dwelln works
- Agents book online. Clients pick services and an open time slot on the company's branded booking page, with availability drawn from each photographer's schedule and, if they connect it, their Google Calendar.
- Shoot, edit, and upload. Photos, video tours, drone footage, floor plans, and 3D tours go into a property delivery page that Dwelln builds automatically.
- Get paid, then they download. Clients see watermarked previews and downloads unlock when the invoice is paid, with payouts going straight to the company's bank.
Who uses Dwelln
Real estate photography and media companies run their orders, schedule, team, and payments on Dwelln. The agents they work for use it to book shoots, review media, and share property pages. Home buyers can browse the public listing pages and request showings without an account.
