How does pay-to-unlock work?
Your client sees watermarked previews. Full-resolution downloads unlock the moment they pay, and the money goes straight to your Stripe account.
Are there card processing fees?
Stripe charges its standard processing fee (typically 2.9% + 30¢). Dwelln adds no markup on payments.
Can I add photographers and editors?
Yes. Add your team, set working hours and territories, and assign shoots. Photographers get the details and the calendar invite automatically.
Can I bring my existing clients?
Yes. Invite them, or send them your booking page — it makes them a free account as they book. Paying and downloading work from a link, without signing in.
What can Ask Dwelln see?
Only what you can see. It reads your orders, schedule and messages as you, through the same permissions as the app. In a chat with other people, it answers only from what everyone in it may see.
Does it send things without asking?
No. Dwelln drafts, and you tap. Anything a client receives, and anything that touches money, waits for you.
